Burscough Richmond [Lancashire FA] beat The Crown [East Riding FA] 2-1 in the First Round of the Association of Northern Counties Cup. Two late goals by James Hanson on 81 minutes and 90 minutes was enough to take Burscough through to an all West Lancashire League representative Semi-Final where they will play Milnthorpe Corinthians[Westmorland FA] in Cumbria on a date to be arranged.
