Ambleside United, representing the Westmorland FA lost 2-1 to The West Riding FA represented by Leeds City in the Semi-Final.
Charnock Richard, representing the Lancashire FA, will now play Leeds City in the final to be played at the Lancashire FA headquarters, Leyland on a date yet to be arranged.
