Hesketh Bank

All at Hesketh Bank AFC would like to pass on their sincere condolences to the close friends and family of Michael Jones, who has tragically passed away after a fatal stabbing in New York, he was just 25.

Although Michael did not play for the club, he was an excellent footballer for Tarleton Corinthian's Saturday and Sunday senior sides. He was living in New York establishing himself as a superb youth team coach at New York Red Bulls.

He was very close to current management and players of the senior section of Hesketh Bank AFC, this is a very sad time for both clubs and everyone in our community.
