Lancashire Football Association

Mr. G. Howard, President of the Lancashire County Football Association presented a sixty years award to the West Lancashire League's retiring President at their Annual General Meeting.

Stuart has had a long relationship with the West Lancashire serving in a number of Officers positions throughout the years.

Mr. Robert Freeman will succeed him as the new President of the West Lancashire League.
