Preston Guild Trophy

Newcomers to the West Lancashire League Second Division Leyland United won the Guild Trophy. Leyland took a lead of 3-o at half time only for Blessed Sacrament to respond in the second half and with a last minute goal to make the score level 4-4 the game went to penalties. Leyland winning the penalty shoot-out 5-4 to win the trophy.
