'West Lancs Show' podcast - Episode 12 ' The New Kids on the Block'

The latest episode of the West Lancs Show podcast is now live - featuring three of the league's newest clubs.

Caton United was the base for the recording which featured Caton manager Adam Garnett, Aaron Helliwell from Pause United and Astley and Buckshaw secretary Paul Metcalfe.

Both Astley and Pause are in their second seasons in the West Lancashire League with Caton enjoying their debut term so the episode focused on these 'new kids on the block'.

Among the topics discussed were how they acclimatised to the level of football, embracing social media and the ever-popular topic of bringing in new laws in football.
