West Lancs Show podcast - Episode 13 - 'Lads and dads'

The latest West Lancs Show podcast is now available for your consumption - this month focuses on dads and lads who compete in the league.

We invited father and son Richard and Ryan Close from Kendal United and Stuart and Andrew Birch from Croston Sports to discuss what it's like to be involved in the same team.

Richard is a former non-league player who has managed at Milnthorpe Corinthians, Ambleside and now Kendal United.

Stuart has managed Lostock St Gerards and Fulwood Amateurs and stepped up earlier in the season after managing Croston Reserves.

They discussed the good and bad of being involved in the same side, including accusations of nepotism, their best performances, best opposition, who is the biggest sulker and also gave their thoughts on calls for regionalisation of Divisions One and Two.
