Wilf Carr Memorial Trophy

League champions, Charnock Richard entertained the Richardson Cup winners, Eagley at Mossie Park in the Wilf Carr Memorial Trophy.

Eagley took the initiative with goals from Garry Whiteside on 21 minutes, Sam Parkinson a minute later and Ryan Moore on 29 minutes to give them 3-0 half time lead. Charnock Richard responded with goals by Danny Nolan, coming on at half time, on 62 and 67 minutes bringing Charnock back into the game. However two late goals by Danny Warburton on 75 minutes and Neil Holmes on 85 minutes enabled Eagley to lift the Trophy for Eagley.
